Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, PO boxes, or addresses outside the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time

Orders ship from warehouses in the United States. Most orders arrive within 3 to 11 days of being placed, depending on the product. Each product page shows the delivery estimate for that item. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking details can take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive the email.

Orders with more than one item

Items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each package.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at diegob@smallspacebigsupply.com. We can correct an address only if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package is marked delivered and you cannot find it, email us at diegob@smallspacebigsupply.com with your order number and we will look into it.
